Terms of Use
Last updated: October 29, 2026
These terms explain how you can use Organizing. By creating your account, you accept them; we've written them to be easy to understand.
1Your account
You need an account with a valid email address. Take care of your password and let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
2Your content is yours
Everything you write, upload, or create in Organizing remains yours. We only store it and display it so you can use the app.
Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, or any illegal content.
3Using the app
Organizing is a personal organization tool. Don't try to access other people's data, harm the service, or use it in an automated way to abuse it.
The stickers, illustrations, portraits, and sounds included in the app are for use within the app.
4Alarms, reminders, and health
We do our best to make sure alarms and reminders go off on time, but they depend on your phone (battery, focus mode, permissions, and system version). Don't use them as your only alert for anything critical, such as an important medication.
Trackers, stats, and recommendations are for guidance only and do not replace the advice of a doctor or a health professional.
5Finances
The Finances section is for keeping track of your personal finances. It is not financial advice, and it is not connected to your bank.
6Availability
We work to keep the app running at all times, but there may be interruptions or errors. We recommend downloading a copy of your data every now and then from Profile → Download my data.
7Ending your use
You can stop using Organizing and delete your account whenever you want from your Profile. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we'll let you know in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Dominican Republic. If you have any questions, write to us at privacy@vertio.dev.
