On iPhone, go to Settings → Organizing and make sure alarms and notifications are allowed. On iPhone with iOS 26 or later, alarms ring even when your phone is on silent. If you use a Focus mode, add Organizing to the allowed apps. In the app, in Profile → Alarms, tap “Try in 1 minute.”
Go to Alarms, choose a sound and tap “Add a sound from your phone.” You can use an MP3, M4A or WAV from your Files; we use the first 29 seconds.
Tap “I forgot my PIN” on the alarm screen and confirm with Face ID or your phone’s passcode.
Tap the purple mic on Home or press and hold +. Say, for example, “Tomorrow at 3 meeting with Ana” or “I spent 500 on food,” check what it understood and tap Save.
When you create the event, under “Repeat” choose every day, weekdays, every week, every month or the days you want. If the end time is earlier than the start (for example, 10:30 PM to 5:00 AM), the app knows it ends the next day.
In Finances → Savings tap +. Pick the type (Goal, Emergencies or Flexible), how much you want to save and a plan for a date or an amount per month.
On any screen tap the floating button and choose Stickers. The panel opens with stickers, emojis, washi, notes, frames, text and drawing; what you place is saved on that screen. On iPhone you can also turn your photos into stickers.
My cycle is optional: use it to log your period and symptoms, see your phases and fertile days and how your mood changes. Turn it on in Trackers → Organize → “My cycle,” or in Customize → App sections. If you don’t use it, it doesn’t show up anywhere. Predictions are a guide based on what you log: they are not a birth-control method and don’t replace your doctor.
In Profile → Calendars turn on “See my calendars in the planner” and “Copy my events to my calendar.” For Google on iPhone, first add your account in Settings → Calendar → Accounts. On Android, your Google account is already connected.
In Trackers → Sleep log each night or turn on “Read my sleep from Health” so it fills itself in from your iPhone, Apple Watch or sleep app (iPhone only).
In Profile → Guides you’ll find step-by-step guides with screenshots of the app and the “Watch the tour again” button. Profile → Help has the FAQ. You can also ask your assistant and it sends you the guide in the chat.
Only what you do inside the team: your tasks, comments and activities there. Your planner, finances, spaces and email stay yours alone. Inside the team, in Settings → “View as the company,” you see exactly what it sees.
It’s optional: turn it on in the assistant chat or in Profile → Privacy and data. You ask in your own words, it reads your schedule to reply and prepares things so you just tap Save. To answer, your question and the data it needs are sent to Anthropic (Claude). Your messages are kept for 7 days, aren’t used to train AI, and there’s a daily message limit.
Deleted things go to the Trash (Profile → Trash). Tap the arrow to restore it. You choose how long they’re kept.
In Profile → Download my data you get a copy of your data. In Profile → Delete my account everything is deleted for good.
We couldn’t find that question. Write to us and we’ll help.
Delete my account
You can delete your Organizing account and all your data whenever you want. It’s deleted for good: your events, trackers, finances, spaces, photos and stickers, and your preferences. It can’t be undone, so if you want a copy, first go to Profile → Download my data. The service’s backups are removed automatically within their retention period; Anthropic deletes what you sent to the AI assistant within 30 days; and what you wrote inside a work team belongs to the company and stays with it.
From the app
Open Organizing and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, email us from your account’s address at privacy@vertio.dev with the subject “Delete my account.” We delete your account and data within 30 days and let you know when it’s done.
