Privacy Policy

Organizing is a personal planner: your plans, habits, finances, and notes belong to you. Here we tell you, with no fine print, what we store, why, and what you can do with your data.
1Who is responsible
The Organizing app is the responsibility of Vertio Solutions (Dominican Republic). If you have any questions about your data, you can write to privacy@vertio.dev.
We handle your data in accordance with Dominican Republic Law No. 172-13 on the protection of personal data.
2What data we store
Your account data: your name, your email address, and your password (stored encrypted; no one can read it).
What you write or create in the app: planner events, tasks and projects, trackers and their entries (water, reading, exercise, mood, etc.), goals, transactions and budgets in Finances, spaces with their notes, tables, lists, and photos, mini notes, alarms, stickers, and your settings (theme, avatar, reminders).
Optional profile data: username, tagline, phone number, and birthday, only if you choose to add them.
If you write to us (by email or through the support form on our website), we keep your email address and message only to reply to you.
Steps and sleep from Apple Health: only if you turn on “Count my steps with Health” or “Read my sleep from Health.” We read only your steps per day and the hours you slept, for your Steps and Sleep trackers. We don't read any other health data, and we never write to Apple Health. Those steps and sleep hours are saved in your account, on our servers (see “Where it is stored”), so you can see them on all your devices.
My cycle: only if you turn on this section, we store your period days, flow, symptoms, and notes. This is health data: we use it only to show you your phases and predictions, never for advertising, and no one else can see it.
3What data stays only on your phone
Your alarm PIN is stored in your phone's secure keychain. So that the same PIN works on all your devices, your account stores only a fingerprint of the PIN (a code calculated from it), never the PIN itself.
So you can use the app without internet, we keep on your phone a copy of your data (in an encrypted database) and of the photos you view in the app. That copy is deleted when you sign out or delete your account.
Face ID, your fingerprint, or your phone's passcode are checked by your own phone: the app only receives a “yes” or a “no” and never sees your face or your fingerprint.
Your gallery and camera: the app only sees the photo you choose, never the rest of your gallery. The camera and gallery are used for your stickers, the photos in your spaces and journal, and to read your receipts. Removing the background from a sticker happens on your phone. The photo you choose is then saved in your private space (see “Where it is stored”). A receipt's photo or PDF is sent to the AI assistant to be read, if you have it turned on (see “AI assistant”). If you leave “Keep the photo with the expense” on, the photo is stored in your private space with that expense; if you turn it off, we don't keep it.
Phone calendars: if you turn on “See my calendars in the planner,” the app reads the events in your calendars (Apple, Google, and other accounts) on your phone to show them; we don't upload them to our servers. If you turn on “Copy my events to my calendar,” the app creates an “Organizing” calendar with your events in your phone's calendar account (for example, iCloud or Google), which syncs it according to your own settings.
Apple Reminders: if you turn on “Sync my tasks with Reminders,” the app creates an “Organizing” list with your tasks in your phone's Reminders app and reads what you check off or add there. Your phone's account (for example, iCloud) syncs it according to your own settings.
Voice dictation: the microphone is only used while you dictate. On iPhone, if your phone can recognize your language without internet, your voice is turned into text on the phone. If it can't, your system's speech recognition (Apple, or Google on Android) processes it on its servers. Organizing never receives or stores the audio: only the text you confirm.
The sounds you add for your alarms are stored only on your phone.
4How we use your data
Only to make the app work: saving your plans, showing them on your devices, calculating your streaks, stats, and recommendations, and sending you the reminders and alarms you set up.
We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, we don't use your data to train artificial intelligence, and we don't share it with advertisers or other companies for their own purposes.
Health data (steps and sleep) is not used for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than your Steps and Sleep trackers, and it is never sent to the AI assistant.
My cycle data is not used for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than your tracker, and it is never sent to the AI assistant.
5Where it is stored
Your data is stored on servers run by Supabase (a database service we use to host the app), located in the United States (Northern Virginia), outside the Dominican Republic. This includes your steps, sleep, and My cycle records if you use those features. Supabase processes it only on our behalf and with security measures such as encryption in transit.
Each person can only see and change their own data: the database prevents any other account from doing so. Your photos are stored in a private space and are only shown through temporary links.
6AI assistant (optional)
The assistant answers with artificial intelligence only if you turn it on, in the assistant itself or in Profile → Privacy and data → AI assistant. If you don't turn it on, it answers with frequently asked questions stored in the app and sends nothing.
When it's on and you write to it, we send to Anthropic, PBC (United States), the company that makes the Claude AI: your question and the conversation so far, your phone's date and time, your language, and the names of your categories, trackers, savings, projects, workplaces, and spaces. If you ask about your data (schedule, tasks, projects, Job, trackers, routine, books, finances, payments, savings, goals, alarms, notes, spaces, or journal), we also send a summary of what's needed to answer; for example, your spending this month by category or the text of a journal page. Your Health data (steps and sleep) and My cycle data are never sent.
Receipt or invoice photo: when you take or choose a photo (or PDF) of a receipt to log an expense, we send that image to Anthropic along with the names of your expense categories, so the AI can read the store, total, date, and items. A receipt may show details such as the store's name, your name, or the last digits of your card. The photo is only kept if you leave “Keep the photo with the expense” on; otherwise we keep only the expense you review and save. Each receipt counts as one assistant message.
Anthropic processes this data on our behalf and only to generate the answer. It doesn't use it to train its models. It deletes it from its systems within 30 days, unless the law requires it to keep it or a conversation is flagged for a possible violation of its usage policies.
We keep your conversations with the AI in your account for 7 days, so you can see them when you come back to the assistant and it can follow the thread; after that they are deleted automatically, oldest first. You can delete them sooner in Profile → Your assistant. If “Learn about me” is on, the assistant saves a few short facts you tell it (preferences, routines, goals, names you mention) in your account to personalize its answers; you can see and delete them in Profile → Your assistant, and they are deleted with your account. We also keep how many messages you use each day and an estimate of the cost, to apply the daily limit. What the AI suggests (for example, an event, a task, marking something done or moving it to the trash) isn't saved or changed until you tap “Save”.
If you report an AI reply (with the little flag), we keep the text of that reply to review it; it's deleted with your account. You can turn it off anytime in Profile → Privacy and data → AI assistant. If you live in the EU/EEA, the legal basis is your consent, which you withdraw by turning it off.
7Work teams (optional)
In Job you can create a team for your company, or join your company's team with a username it gives you (for example, “ashleyvertio”). That username is an account separate from your personal account and belongs to the company, like a work email: its administrator can create it, change its password, deactivate it, or delete it. Deleting a user or the whole team deletes that account and what it created inside the team.
Inside the team we store: the username and the name the company set, the role, tasks, projects, comments, activities, and who signed up, the company's internal notes, and a log of team activity (who created, finished, commented, or signed up, and when), deleted after 180 days. Team administrators see all of it and the performance statistics built from those tasks.
The company never sees your personal account: not your email, planner, finances, spaces, trackers, mood, or assistant. The team stores nothing that links it to your personal account; which teams you opened is stored only on your phone. Database rules prevent a team account from reading personal data.
“Add to my Planner” makes a copy in your personal account that only you see. When you leave a team, its data is removed from your phone; what you wrote inside the team belongs to the company and stays with it.
If you create a team, you (as the company) are responsible for the data of the people you create usernames for and for telling them how you use it.
8Notifications and alarms
Reminders and alarms are scheduled on your own phone. We don't use notifications sent from servers or tracking services.
9Your rights
View and correct your data: you can do this at any time within the app.
Take a copy with you: in Profile → Download my data, you get a file with your data (your schedule, tasks, trackers, finances, spaces, and assistant conversations and memory) and links to download your photos. What you wrote inside a work team belongs to the company and isn't included.
Delete everything: in Profile → Delete my account, your account, your entries, and your photos are permanently deleted. This can't be undone.
If you have any other request, write to us at privacy@vertio.dev and we'll reply as soon as possible.
10How long we keep it
As long as you have your account. When you delete it, your data is immediately deleted from the database; the service's backups are removed automatically within the period the service has established.
What you delete in the app goes to the Trash first and is deleted for good once the period you choose in Profile → Trash has passed, or when you empty it.
11Minors
Organizing is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under that age. If you believe a child has given us their data, write to us and we'll delete it.
12If you live in the EU/EEA or California
Legal basis (EU/EEA, GDPR): we process your data to perform our contract with you, that is, to provide the service you ask for when you use the app. We only process health data (your cycle, mood, sleep, and steps) with your explicit consent, which you give when you turn those features on and can withdraw at any time by turning them off or deleting those entries.
Your rights (EU/EEA): you can ask to access your data, rectify it, erase it, take it with you in a readable format (portability), and object to its processing. You can do almost all of this in the app (Profile → Download my data, Profile → Delete my account); for anything else, write to privacy@vertio.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
Minimum age in the EU/EEA: if you live in the EU/EEA you must be at least 16 to use Organizing (or the lower age set by your country, with a parent's or guardian's permission where the law requires it).
California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share your personal information, including for advertising. You have the right to know what data we keep, to ask us to correct or delete it, and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. Write to privacy@vertio.dev with any request.
13Changes to this policy
If we change something important, we'll let you know inside the app before the change takes effect. The date of the last update is at the top of this page.
